SHANGHAI, [July 22, 2026] — Shanghai TCab Technology Co., Ltd. (“TCab”), a developer of passenger eVTOL aircraft, today announced the appointment of PT Intercrus Aero Indonesia (“Intercrus”), an Indonesia-based Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) solutions provider and aviation ecosystem partner, as its authorized partner in Indonesia.
The partnership strengthens TCab’s long-term commitment to developing AAM opportunities in Indonesia and builds on months of collaboration already underway. TCab and Intercrus have been actively engaging with Indonesian aviation stakeholders, exploring regulatory pathways, and working with local industry partners to evaluate practical applications for TCab’s E20 eVTOL aircraft.
With a vision to accelerate the development of next-generation air mobility in Indonesia, Intercrus focuses on advancing AAM solutions and building partnerships across the local aviation ecosystem to support the future growth of AAM in the country. Intercrus has also been collaborating with PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), Indonesia’s state-owned aerospace company, on initiatives related to advanced air mobility development and aerospace ecosystem advancement.
Prior to this announcement, TCab and Intercrus had initiated discussions with Indonesia’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regarding potential regulatory sandbox pathways for future E20 trial operations. In parallel, both parties have been engaging with local operators to conduct feasibility studies across potential deployment scenarios, supporting the development of a practical and compliant approach for future AAM operations in Indonesia.
As part of broader ecosystem development efforts, TCab and Intercrus are also engaging with key Indonesian aviation and industry stakeholders to explore opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange around the future of advanced air mobility.
