Battery Management System Engineer

Shanghai | Bachelor's degree or above | 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities

1.Responsible for BMS system requirements, hardware requirements, software requirements analysis, and system architecture design.

2.Responsible for hardware architecture design, including topology selection (centralized/distributed) and component selection (MCU, AFE, protection ICs, etc.).

3.Responsible for BMS software architecture design and software development of related control strategies and algorithms (contactor timing for power-up/down, balancing strategies, voltage/current/temperature protection, derating operation, fault handling; SOC/SOH/SOP estimation; thermal management; mode state machine management; etc.).

4.Build test platforms to independently complete testing, validation, and debugging of various BMS functions.

5.Analyze and resolve anomalies and faults during testing to ensure BMS reliability, safety, and stability, support MIL and HIL simulation platform development and testing.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Automatic Control, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Electronic Communications, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering and Automation, New Energy Vehicles, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.

2.3+ years of experience in new energy BMS application software development, complete BMS project development experience, experience with BMS software development and software integration for mass production is preferred.

3.Familiar with MBD development processes; proficient in MATLAB/Simulink modeling and code integration.

4.Familiar with BMS control strategy development processes and standards, software tools, functional modules, and testing methods.

5.Proficient in using PCAN, CANOE, INCA, and related testing and calibration tools.

6.Strong self-motivation and initiative, excellent communication and coordination skills.
