Configuration Management Engineer

1.Implement configuration management for system product development processes in accordance with configuration management requirements, ensuring that both the development process and the final products comply with established standards.

2.Manage technical changes throughout the development process, ensuring all changes adhere to defined procedures and workflows.

3.Oversee configuration management activities, including but not limited to: Configuration Identification, Configuration Control, Configuration Status Accounting, and Configuration Audits.

4.Coordinate across different departments to ensure consistency and alignment of technical status information.

5.Assist in the drafting, compilation, and maintenance of configuration management processes and documentation.

6.Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline. Majors in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Design, Systems Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

2.Minimum 1 year of work experience, experience in change management is preferred.

3.Familiarity with product development processes in complex manufacturing industries.

4.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive tasks forward and effectively solve problems.

5.Proficient in English.
