Design Quality Engineer

1.Responsible for the establishment, improvement, and internal auditing of the company’s quality system.

2.Responsible for preparing quality system-related manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms, supporting development activities, and liaising with airworthiness authorities.

3.Oversee the operational process supervision of the company’s Design Assurance System and Quality Management System.

4.Responsible for the company’s quality management system certification, audit strategies, and audit plans, support external audit activities.

5.Responsible for planning quality activities and quality training programs; organize, implement, and supervise their execution.

6.Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aviation, Aviation-related Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, Automation, Safety, or related fields.

2.3+ years of experience in aircraft development or quality/airworthiness system establishment.

3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong documentation skills, adept at research and analysis.

4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

5.Familiarity with AP-21-AA-2023-11R1 (Type Certification Procedure), AP-21-AA-2023-31R2 (Production Approval and Supervision Procedure), ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4761, AS9100D, ISO9001, and related standards is preferred.
