Director of Public Relations & Business Partnerships

Responsibilities

1.Align with company strategy, comprehensively plan government relations based on project needs, and drive project implementation and cooperation.

2.Develop and establish communication channels with relevant government departments, maintain harmonious relationships with government agencies, and create a favorable operating environment.

3.Stay informed about various policies and regulations related to company operations, analyze relevant policies, plans, and trends that significantly impact company development, and formulate appropriate deployment and responses.

4.Lead the organization, operation, and resource allocation for government projects to enhance the company’s recognition and reputation within government circles. Integrate and coordinate internal company resources, and draft external official documents and materials to secure government recognition and policy support.

5.Organize and participate in daily communications with the government, including routine receptions, meeting participation, and event organization.

6.Lead the drafting of relevant reports in conjunction with various project implementations, and be responsible for project tracking, reporting, and acceptance.

7.Independently manage business contacts, negotiations, and partnership implementation with major B-end strategic partners (such as industry chain giants, potential customers), deeply exploring business opportunities.

8.Expand and manage strategic ecosystem customers, deepening the collaboration with strategic partners.

Requirements

1.5+ years of relevant experience in government affairs or strategic cooperation; Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Administration, Law, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

2.Knowledge of the aviation industry, artificial intelligence, big data, and other technology sectors; ability to participate in technical solution discussions and draft high-quality project documentation is preferred.

3.Extensive government resources and connections; deep understanding of government operations, mechanisms, and culture; high sensitivity to national policies.

4.Familiar with government structure and procedures; understanding of the workflows of relevant government departments; experience working within government agencies is preferred.

5.Strong observation and adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities, and strong social networking skills.

6.Outgoing personality, professional image and demeanor, steady and confident in speech and behavior, meticulous work ethic, strong sense of discipline and confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
