Environmental Control System Engineer (Air Conditioning System Engineer)
1.Define functional requirements and attribute requirements for defrosting, demisting, and comfort; establish technical specifications for air conditioning system components.
2.Lead the full-cycle management of outsourced development for compressor assemblies, evaporator assemblies, and radiator assemblies.
3.Lead the design and development of air ducts, confirm air duct design specifications and requirements; participate in the overall layout of air ducts.
4.Ensure the integrity of air conditioning system data; participate in internal flow field simulation analysis for the air conditioning system.
5.Develop air conditioning system test plans, prepare test outlines, and write test reports.
6.Ensure air conditioning system delivery aligns with the aircraft manufacturing schedule, participate in the trial installation of the air conditioning system on the aircraft.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or related HVAC fields.
2.Familiar with the design principles and approaches for main components of air conditioning and thermal management systems, capable of independent system development.
3.Experience in the complete forward development of at least one air conditioning and thermal management system, or complete forward development experience with multiple subsystems.
4.Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and proactive, innovative, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure.
