Flight Control System Engineer

1.Responsible for flight control system function decomposition, requirements analysis, and requirements capture for civil aircraft.

2.Responsible for overall flight control system solutions, architecture design, and function development.

3.Manage flight control system equipment selection, supplier development, and coordination.

4.Support system safety analysis and assessment activities.

5.Responsible for or participate in the definition, coordination, and evaluation of ICDs.

6.Responsible for flight control system integration and verification.

7.Responsible for flight control system airworthiness certification activities.

1.Master’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Aeronautics/Astronautics, Automation, or related fields.

2.2+ years of experience in fly-by-wire flight control system development, integration, verification, and airworthiness certification.

3.Knowledge of automatic control and electromechanical control principles.

4.Foundational technical knowledge of aircraft and airborne systems (avionics, flight controls, electromechanical systems, power systems).

5.Familiarity with the architecture, relevant standards, and airworthiness requirements of primary flight control and automatic flight systems for mainstream domestic and international large passenger aircraft is preferred.

6.Familiarity with SAE ARP 4754A, SAE ARP 4761, DO-160, DO-178B/C, or similar standards is preferred.

7.Understanding of civil aircraft systems engineering principles with practical application experience.

8.Strong communication and writing skills, capable of drafting technical reports or related professional papers; proficient in reading relevant technical materials in English.

9.Good team collaboration and project driving abilities; strong learning capability and ability to work under pressure.
