Flight Operation Engineer
1.Establish aircraft maintenance engineering work development systems and processes, complete the preparation of company maintenance-related manuals.
2.Conduct analyses related to MSG-3, LSA, FMEA, TSA, etc., and output Scheduled Maintenance Requirements (SMR). Familiar with and understand common ATA and other relevant specifications, including WASG, ATA 100, ATA 300, ATA MSG-3, ATA iSpec 2200, S3000L, and Simplified Technical English (ASD STE-100).
3.Participate in R&D maintainability design work, outputting analysis related to Scheduled Maintenance Requirements based on engineering design, coordinate with safety teams to evaluate CCMR/CMR items.
4.Responsible for maintenance engineering evaluation work related to “Aircraft Evaluation Group (AEG)” activities.
5.Review supplier maintenance engineering activities and provide relevant skills training as needed.
6.Conduct maintenance engineering-related training for internal company personnel and customer flight crews/maintenance personnel.
7.Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering or science-related field, with 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance engineering.
2.Familiar with civil aviation customer service system requirements.
3.Proficient in MSG-3, TSA, FMEA analysis methods and related tools.
4.Excellent communication, teamwork, written, and verbal skills (including English), with a self-motivated spirit.
5.Strong documentation skills, adept at research and analysis.
