Flight Test &Aircraft Engineer

1.Interpret flight test requirements and certification standards, develop test matrices for development flight testing and compliance demonstration flight testing.

2.Design flight test methods, conduct flight test risk assessments, prepare test mission orders and test outlines, and participate in the execution of flight test missions.

3.Track on-site technical and quality issues during flight testing, including recording, troubleshooting, corrective action implementation, and problem closure.

4.Prepare and manage flight test technical documentation and tools.

5.Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Flight Vehicle Design, Aircraft Control, or related fields. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2.Work location is at the flight test base.

3.Familiar with aircraft structures, system principles, control theory, and flight principles; hands-on field experience is preferred.

4.Proficient in mathematical and programming tools, data analysis and programming capabilities are preferred.

5.Strong documentation skills with clear thinking, logical rigor, and adherence to formatting standards.

6.Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration spirit, strong English listening and speaking skills are preferred.

7.Strong self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
