Motor Control Engineer
1.Decompose motor control system requirements, hardware requirements, and software requirements based on overall aircraft functional requirements, develop HIL test cases.
2.Responsible for modeling and simulation of motor controller application layer control algorithms; use MBD for code generation to implement control strategies.
3.Responsible for building physical models of the motor and controller, integrate and co-simulate with control models.
4.Build algorithm models using MATLAB/Simulink; conduct control algorithm development and simulation verification.
5.Responsible for the design, development, and verification of fail-safe control algorithms; support system development by confirming algorithm-related failure mode analyses, support system functional safety development.
6.Conduct motor controller bench testing and motor calibration; optimize performance parameters.
1.3+ years of experience in permanent magnet synchronous motor software development; Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information or Automation Control.
2.Engineering application experience with MATLAB modeling, code generation, and debugging, experience completing control strategy modeling for mass-produced products.
3.Proficient in C language and MATLAB/Simulink.
4.Experience with automotive functional safety development processes is preferred.
5.Familiarity with motor controller hardware principles is preferred.
6.Strong verbal communication skills and team collaboration awareness.
