Product Director
1.Pre-Sales Support: Establish the initial pre-sales support process, including customer needs analysis, technical demonstrations, test flight arrangements, and customized solution development.
2.Sales Tool Development: Define core product selling points (e.g., performance parameters, airworthiness progress, cost advantages) and develop standardized sales toolkits (e.g., technical documentation, pricing models, customer-specific proposals).
3.Contract & Partnership Development: Lead the development of sales contract templates, leasing programs, and insurance solutions for the E20 aircraft model, defining clear terms, risk management, and compliance requirements.
4.Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with financing/leasing institutions, insurance companies, and other partners to design flexible collaboration models that meet aviation industry standards.
5.After-Sales Service System: Establish a comprehensive after-sales service system, covering fleet maintenance, repair support (e.g., scheduled maintenance, spare parts supply), customer training, and emergency response mechanisms.
6.Sales Incentive Plan: Develop the 2026 sales incentive plan (e.g., commission structure, bonus policies), balancing short-term performance with long-term customer value.
1.5+ years of experience in the aviation industry, specializing in marketing or sales. Familiar with the sales process for general aviation aircraft (e.g., airplanes, helicopters). Background in eVTOL, UAV, or high-end equipment sales is preferred.
2.Expertise in aircraft maintenance systems and after-sales support is highly preferred.
3.Experience with financing and leasing projects; understanding of aviation leasing models, insurance solutions, and financial risk management.
4.Background in aviation manufacturing companies, general aviation operators, or financing/leasing firms is preferred.
