Project Engineer

1.Assist in developing project plans, track progress, follow up on the implementation of action items, and record meeting minutes to ensure projects proceed according to schedule.

2.Coordinate cross-departmental resources, collaborating closely with design, procurement, quality, and other teams to resolve technical and management issues during project implementation.

3.Develop project plans and timelines, monitor project progress, and promptly identify and address project risks and bottlenecks.

4.Responsible for the preparation, review, and management of project documentation, including technical proposals, test reports, and acceptance reports.

5.Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

1.1-3 years of project management experience.

2.Bachelor’s degree or above; Aerospace Engineering or related fields are preferred.

3.Excellent interpersonal and organizational coordination skills, strong rapport-building and communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

4.Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods when necessary.
