Propeller Engineer
1.Identify key design considerations and specifications based on airworthiness requirements and overall design objectives.
2.Responsible for the design, component selection and verification, system installation, and coordination of movable functional structures related to the aircraft propeller, including pitch change mechanisms, blade folding mechanisms, and actuator control mechanisms.
3.Responsible for propeller hub structural design and overall propeller system design, component drafting, EBOM organization, and follow-up/validation of manufacturing processes.
4.Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers, oversee test verification activities, and resolve technical issues related to part fabrication and assembly during production support.
(Any 2-3 of the following)
1.Familiar with CFD fluid dynamics simulation analysis and blade aerodynamic calculation processes/methods, experience in completing blade design and test verification work.
2.Knowledgeable in composite material structures and processes, capable of performing composite blade layup design and strength calculations.
3.Familiar with helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft propeller system structures; experience in detailed propeller system design and equipment selection, experience with pitch change mechanism and transmission mechanism design is preferred.
4.Familiar with propeller test procedures; participation in a complete propeller test process is preferred.
5.Experience in completing the full lifecycle of a propeller system, including requirements validation, design development, manufacturing, and test verification.
6.Familiar with structural dynamics simulation and analysis.
7.Proficient in mechanical design and drafting.
8.Familiar with airworthiness certification processes for propellers.
9.Strong self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
