R&D Quality Engineer
1.Responsible for full-process quality management during R&D, supervise and audit plans, requirements, development, design, integration, verification, and testing throughout the development process.
2.Responsible for project quality planning and standard establishment, prepare Quality Assurance Plans/Programs and Process Assurance Plans, organize and verify their implementation.
3.Responsible for quality reviews of entry/exit criteria for phased R&D milestones, inspect and confirm phase deliverables during the R&D process to ensure project processes, plans, and standards comply with DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754, ARP4761, etc.
4.Responsible for organizing and implementing risk management activities, including quality risk identification, evaluation, and control throughout the product lifecycle, review the processes and outcomes of quality risk management to ensure product risks are acceptable.
5.Responsible for handling and resolving quality issues during the R&D process, organize problem closure (quality issue troubleshooting and corrective action) and track effective implementation of measures to ensure issues are closed.
6.Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aviation, Aviation-related Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Safety & Quality, or related fields.
2.3+ years of experience in type/systems/equipment development quality or airworthiness management is preferred.
3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong documentation skills; adept at research and analysis.
4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
5.Thorough knowledge of AS9100D, ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, DO-297, DO-330, DO-160, and related standards and procedures.
