Requirements Engineer

1.Responsible for the preparation, release, communication (training), and implementation of aircraft requirements work plans, with a focus on requirements validation plans and verification plans.

2.Responsible for aircraft-level requirements capture, allocation, and review.

3.Responsible for aircraft-level requirements validation, including planning validation methods, preparing validation outlines, and executing validation activities.

4.Liaise with system responsible parties to ensure proper allocation and understanding of aircraft-level requirements.

5.Implement aircraft-level requirements change activities, including conducting impact assessments when changes are initiated.

6.Responsible for aircraft-level requirements verification, including planning verification methods, preparing verification outlines, and executing verification activities.

7.Update requirements status and issue regular status reports.

8.Draft and release requirements-related documentation or sections thereof.

9.Prepare, release, and provide training on the requirements management software user manual.

10.Coordinate with the requirements management software supplier regarding software development needs.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, Aerospace Engineering or related field preferred.

2.3+ years of experience in requirements development and management. Experience with requirements development and management for general aviation aircraft or ton-class UAVs is preferred.

3.Candidates with complete aircraft type development project experience or airworthiness certification experience are preferred.

4.Deep understanding of aircraft functional requirements development and management is highly preferred.

5.Experience with requirements management software tools is preferred.

6.Proficient in English reading and writing; experience writing professional reports in English is preferred.

7.Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, innovative thinking, and strong team collaboration abilities.
