Sales Manager
1.Business Development & Execution: Assist the Director in decomposing sales strategies. Responsible for customer development in designated regions or industries (such as scenic area commuting, urban mobility). Independently manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
2.Key Account Management: Deeply maintain relationships with key accounts, conducting regular customer needs analysis and satisfaction follow-ups.
3.Sales Support & Project Management: Lead the preparation of customized sales proposals, technical proposals, and tender documents.
4.Market Intelligence & Team Collaboration: Collect and analyze competitive dynamics, customer needs, and policies/regulations within the responsible market, providing strategic input to headquarters.
1.Experience: 8+ years of sales experience in high-end industrial products or large-scale equipment (Aviation, High-end Manufacturing, Medical Devices, etc.), including at least 3 years of team management or key account management experience. Background in aircraft-related sales is highly preferred.
2.Education & Capabilities: Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred. Excellent negotiation skills, project planning abilities, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
3.Language & Attributes: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language (handling English technical documentation and communicating with international clients). Goal-oriented, able to work under high pressure, and adaptable to frequent business travel.
4.Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding and strong interest in the development trends of the eVTOL/UAM (Urban Air Mobility) industry.
