Stress Engineer
1.Develop global finite element models and detailed finite element models for the complete aircraft.
2.Conduct strength analysis, stiffness analysis, and composite laminate optimization using global aircraft finite element models.
3.Perform detailed strength analysis of structural components and equipment attachment points, and optimize load transmission paths.
4.Conduct fatigue strength analysis of metallic airframe structures and optimize structural configurations.
5.Prepare relevant strength analysis reports and high-level technical documentation.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. Proficiency in composite material structural strength analysis is required.
2.3+ years of experience in aircraft strength/stress analysis. Experience with general aviation aircraft or ton-class UAVs is preferred, experience with airworthiness certification is preferred.
3.Proficient in at least one finite element analysis software and one 3D structural design software, with the ability to independently complete structural strength analysis.
4.Familiar with composite material properties and common failure modes, understanding of composite strength, stability, and optimization analysis processes.
5.Strong English reading comprehension skills.
6.Ability to work under pressure, strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, high sense of responsibility, and a strong team player.
