Test Engineer
1.Responsible for the analysis and optimization of aircraft load paths; proficient in finite element analysis methods.
2.Responsible for executing static strength, dynamic strength, and fatigue tests on both full aircraft and component levels.
3.Responsible for overall aircraft test planning, including test scheme design and implementation, test system setup, data analysis, and summary reporting.
4.Prepare relevant test outlines, test reports, and other technical documentation.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechanics, or related fields. Proficiency in composite material structural strength testing is preferred.
2.5+ years of experience in aircraft strength testing, familiarity with airworthiness certification requirements; experience with general aviation aircraft or ton-class UAVs is preferred.
3.Proficient in at least one finite element analysis software and one 3D structural design software, with some design experience.
4.Strong English reading comprehension skills.
5.Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, high sense of responsibility, and a strong team player.
